Shipping Policy
We want your order to reach you quickly and arrive in great shape. Here is how our shipping works.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3 to 10 business days after processing
- International: 7 to 15 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the product, its size and weight, the supplier location, and carrier rates. As a guide:
- Standard items: $4.99 to $14.99
- Heavy items: $19.99 to $49.99
- Extra-heavy or oversized items: $49.99 to $149.99
Some oversized items ship by freight, which may add handling time. Any oversized shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Returns and exchanges
Your return window depends on the size and weight of the item:
- Standard items (up to 20 lbs): 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee.
- Heavy items (21 to 49 lbs): 15 days from delivery. A restocking fee of 15 to 20 percent may apply.
- Extra-heavy or oversized items (50 lbs and up): 15 days from delivery. A restocking fee of 20 to 25 percent may apply, and freight return shipping may be required.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective. Defective items are replaced free of charge. Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund.
